What does it mean if data are reproducible but not accurate

The data can be produced over and over but are not close to the accepted value.<3

When the data is reproducible, you can get the same thing over and over again.  If it is inaccurate, though, it is known as a systematic error, or an error that happens every time the experiment is done, without being able to avoid it.
