just multiply by 100.
for example: a quarter is 1/4, I you multiply by 100 it is 100/4=25
so 1/4 is 25%.
Do the same with any other fraction but make sure after you have multiplied by 100 you don't leave it as a fraction: you cannot write 100/4%
