The graph that you have is y=-6/3+2. The first point should be (-3,9)

Almost! You put a point at (0,2) which is correct because the y-intercept is 2. From (0,2), you must move up 7 points and to the left 3 (left because it's a negative slope) so this point should be at (-3,9). You placed it at (-3,8). Just go up one more!
