What is the equation, in slope-intercept form, of the line that passes through (0, 6) and has a slope of 4??

Here, x1 = 0, y1 = 6, m=4

slope-intercept form, y-y1 = m(x-x1)

y-6 = 4(x-0)

y = 4x+6
