What is a reliable measurement

I will give an example of reliable measurement, which also has valid measurement. Lets say that you have been questioned and someone says "How much do you drink?" But that person says "I do not drink at all!" Although the measurement is reliable, the validation is not, so the definition is considered to be "an overall consistency of a measure."

Hope this helped!
