Before finding the perpendicular line, you need to know that perpendicular lines are negative reciprocal of each other.
x to 1/(-x)
so from the equation thats given:
-5x+y=5
y=5x+5 set it to slope intercept form
then you will find the slope from the equation which is 5.
Since its perpendicular so the slope of the other line will be 1/-5 or -1/5
then use point slope formula to find the equation of the perpendicular line
y-y1=m(x-x1)
plug the given coordinate(5,5)
y-(5)=-1/5(x-5)
y-5=-1/5x+1
+5 +5
