If you were able to design the EDS, would you make any changes to the way the ship functioned? Why or why not? Explain your answer in three to five sentences including examples from the story.

Me personally i would. Because the shipping is slow and sometimes people would need it in a certain amount of time. I would change how fast or how slow it gets to you. Also how the company website works. Customer calls and charges. Hope this helps :)
