Doing more repetitions with lighter weights will help you build up endurance.Muscle strength is the ability to exert a maximal amount of force for a short period of time.

a.) muscular strength equals for how much strain you can handle on your muscles at one time, and how strong your muscles are

while;

b.) Muscular endurance is the ability of a muscle or group of muscles to sustain repeated contractions against a resistance for an extended period of time.
