If I have two late math assignments and it's 12:30am and I have to be awake in 5-1/2 hours, do I sleep now and finish the math in the morning and at lunch or do homework first?

Do half of the homework now or until you fall asleep and the rest in the morning and lunch.

Finish at lunch. Sleeping in more important because then you won't feel as tired during school. You can ask your peers or teachers for help. Don't procrastinate. Sooner or later it'll catch up to you.
