First you have to calculate CB in order to use sin law to calculate ∠A

CB=
\sqrt{18.4^(2) -13.2^(2) }

CB=12.8(correct to nearest tenth)

After that, use sin law to calculate ∠A,


(18.4)/(sin90) =(12.8)/(sinA) or
(sin90)/(18.4) =(sinA)/(12.8)

sinA=0.695...

A=44.079...

=44.1(corrext to the nearest tenth)
