f(x) = −2x + 12, find f(x) when x = −3.

replace x = -3 then

f(-3) = (-2)(-3) + 12

= 6 + 12

=18

Answer is C) f(−3) = 18

f(p)=7/11p-10 Find f(77)

f(77) = 7/11 (77) - 10 (cancel out 77 and 11)

= 7 * 7 - 10

= 49 -10

=39

Answer is D) f(77) = 39
