The prime factorization of 200 is 2×2×2×5×5 but in exponents it is 2^3×5^2. It is 2×2×2×5×5 is the prime factorization because prime numbers are divided by 1 and itself so two is a prime but 4 is a composite. So it is 2×2×2×5×5. Hope this helps! probably didn't give good explanation because I have a sick mom.
