since it is in slpe-intercept form (y=mx+b) we can find the slope easily so
slope=m in y=mx+b
slope=4/1=rise/run
y-intercept is when the line passes through the y-line or when x=0
so set x to 0 and get
y=4(0)+1
y=0+1
y=1
y-intercept=1
