During wartime, England should be regarded as an extremely dangerous opponent that has many resources, warfare knowledge, and experience. During peacetime, England has shown that it was capable of developing countries which is most seen through their colonies such as Australia, Canada, and others. The declaration of independence was created as a statement of separation from the King of England's reign.
