Answer: The Numerator of The Exponent =4

The Denominator of The Exponent= 7

Explanation:

The law of radicals says that :-

\sqrt[n]{t} =t^{(1)/(n)}

The given expression:
\sqrt[7]{y^4}

By using law of radicals the above expression will be equivalent to

\sqrt[7]{y^4}\\\\=y^{4*(1)/(7)}\\\\=y^{(4)/(7)}.

Now it can be seen that , the Numerator of The Exponent =4

The Denominator of The Exponent= 7
