In dialogue, you should start a new paragraph every time

Hello :)

There are rules to dialogues, the rules are that all lines of a dialogue should be placed in side of quotation marks, The ending punctuation marks should be placed inside of the quotation marks, When a quoted statement is divided, the second part of the quotation is not capitalized, And the last rule is to start a new paragraph when the speaker in a conversation changes.
