What would happen if people didn't fulfilled any responsibilities or duties?

If people do not fulfill their civic duties/responsibilities their will be disorderliness in a country. In could result in many bad situations.

Some examples of civic duties are:

paying the taxes

abiding by the laws

etc.

If people do not pay the taxes it will be a crash-down in the economy of a country.

Voilating the laws will make the country go curropt.

they won't go to jail or be treated bad or anything, it will just affect their community because then they will have to struggle more to get what they need
