1400 X .50 = 700
1400 X 3.50 = 4900
4900 - 700 = 4200

If it costs $3.50 to buy and 50¢ to make, then the profit for one is $3.
Selling 1,400 of them would be solved by 1,400 x 3.
This equals 4,200.
So if they sell all the buttons, they would make a profit of
$4,200
.
