convert to ax+by=c form
for
ax+by=c
and
dx+ey=f
a/d=b/e
then they are paralell

5y=2x-5
-2x+5y=-5

5y-3x=1
-3x+5y=1

compare
-2x+5y=-5
-3x+5y=1

-2/-3=5/5
2/3=1
false
they are not paralelll
