Creon wants to arrest and execute Antigone because she went against his civil laws. He forbade everyone to bury Antigone's brother's body, because he was a traitor to the state, however, Antigone didn't listen to his orders and believed he deserved a proper burial, and not to be fed to the dogs. This is why she got arrested, and died in the end.
