Answer: Ingredient C is lower.

Explanation:

Since we have given that

Ingredient C: 1/4 cup for 2/3 serving

For
(2)/(3) serving, number of cup =
(1)/(4)

So, for 1 serving, the number of cups would be

(1)/(4)/ (2)/(3)\\\\=(1)/(4)* (3)/(2)\\\\=(3)/(8)

Ingredient D: 1/3 cup for 3/4 serving

For
(3)/(4) serving, number of cups =
(1)/(3)

So, for 1 serving, the number of cups would be

(1)/(3)/ (3)/(4)\\\\=(1)/(3)* (4)/(3)\\\\=(4)/(9)

So, on comparison,
(3)/(8)<(4)/(9)

we get that Ingredient C is lower.
