The answer is 43 because 3+1=4 and the 3 in the ones spot staying the same!!

possible ones are
starting with 8 or 9
adds to 13
8+5=13
9+4=13
thepossible numbers are 85 and 94
tens is 3 more than ones digit
8-5=3 true
9-4=5, not what we looking for
aswer is 85
