This statement is false. The length of habit formation depends on personality, past behavior and circumstances. According to some studies it takes between 18 and 25 days to change the habit, and even more than two months to make the behavior become automatic. To make the behavior a habit, it is necessary to repeat the same behavior 21 times, that is, it takes 21 attempts.
