The higher the bond order is, the shorter is the bond length and shorter bond is a stronger bond. So, a double bond has a bond order of  2 while a triple bond has a bond order of 3. From here, the triple bond has the higher bond order than the double bond, So, the triple bond will have shorter length and the stronger bond.
