Since there are 9 values, to find the Lower Quartile and Upper Quartile, you use the first 4 values and the last 4 values.

For Q1, you average the middle to values of your first 4 values since 4 is an even number. In this case (22+25)/2=23.5.
You do the same for Q3. (32+33)/2=32.5
For the interquartile range, you subtract Q1 from Q3. So, 32.5-23.5=9

Therefore, your lower quartile is 23.5, upper quartile is 32.5 and the interquartile range is 9.
