6 ft and 18 ft

Explanation:

let width be x

let length be x + 12

W times L = Area

x ( x + 12) = 108

x^2 + 12x = 108

x^2 + 12x - 108 = 0

(x + 18) (x - 6) = 0

x = -18 or x + 6

We use 6 ( since x is negative)

So width is 6

Length is 18
