How could you ensure that all the spectroscopes created the same calibration line and equation? What would you need to be sure it was always the same? What could be changed without affecting the calibration?

You can ensure that all the spectroscopes created the same calibration line and equation by calibrating the equipment. It is a very important step in the use of this equipment. In order to say they are the same, you need to obtain an equation of a line that relates absorbance or transmittance and concentration. Hope this helps.
