a recipe for a batch of cookie calls for 1/2 cup of sugar and 1/4 cup of brown sugar.how much sugar will you need to use for one batch

Yum, brown sugar~ <3 That's my favorite thing to bake with.
1/2 + 1/4 is 3/4! So you could say 3/4 cup, 75% of a cup, 0.75 cup, or all three if you're out to impress. Good luck with your work!
