Step 1) Add 7 to both sides because what you do to one side you must do to the other
C/
-7
+3.2=
2.7
+7 +7
C/+3.2=9.7
Step 2) Subtract 3.2 from both side
C/
+3.2
=
9.7
-3.2 -3.2
C/=6.5
Your answer is
C=6.5
