r+(2s)/(2)=6+t\ \ \ \ \ \ \ |subtract\ (2s)/(2)\\\\r=6+t+(2s)/(2)\\\\r=6+t+s\\\\Answer\ is\ r=6+t+s.

r+2s/2=6+t
r+s=6+t (Divide 2s by 2 giving you just 2)
r=6+t-s (subtract s from both sides positive s and negative s cancel out leaving only r on the left and negative s on the right.)
the answer is
r=6+t-s
