10b^2 - 27b + 18
10 * 18 = 180
180 / -12 = -15
-12 + -15 = 27
(10b^2 - 15b )(- 12b +18)
Factor 5b out of first equation, factor -6 out of the second
(5b - 6) (2b - 3)
b = { (6/5) , (3/2) }
