Aristotle's theory of a person's "function" said that great personal fulfillment is achieved when a person is given the freedom to pursue his dreams.

Aristotle strongly believed that every human being that is born in this world, had to pursue each of his/her own self's actualization, which is a situation where we felt that we truly use our full potential/capabilities.

In order to achieve if we have to let individuals pursue the goals that they aim to achieve and not restrict them with societal expectation that is not suitable with their talent.
