Parallel lines has equal slopes.
Required equation is given by
y - 7 = ((1 - 5)/(-1 - 3)) (x - 2)
y - 7 = (-4/-4) (x - 2)
y - 7 = x - 2
x - y = -7 + 2
x - y = -5
