Bile is produced in your gall bladder with excess iron and contaminants from the liver and its released in your small intestine to break up large fat chunks into smaller chunks for storage because fats are incredibly difficult to digest that's why your body store fats for later times when you go without food because there a great form of energy fat is stored because during our evolution humans were a feast and famine society so they would eat large meals and store the food in fats to hold them over until there next meal this is why humans can live for 40 days without eating.
