Some issues that moral reformers addressed during the Progressive Era included alcohol, suffrage and poverty.

These reformers saw alcohol as a disease that had social repercussions. With regards to suffrage they sought to address women's suffrage. Although women were influential, their political freedom was quite limited. The social reform approach sought to address poverty.
