Under the Constitution, who shares the power of making laws? THE TWO SECTIONS OF THE LEGISLATIVE BRANCH.

These sections are the Senate and House of Representatives.

There are three branches of government. The Executive, the legislative, and the judiciary.

The Executive branch implements the laws. The Legislative branch makes the laws. The Judiciary branch reviews the law if it is constitutional or not.
