The rhetorical tool that Benjamin Franklin did not use in "Remarks Concerning the Savages of North America" is an analogy.

Benjamin Franklin wrote, “remarks concerning the savages of North America” in 1784. he wrote “Remarks” to end the misconceptions about the Native Americans and stop to call them savages. He wanted to show that in reality, whites were the one who was savage. He uses satire, irony, and sarcasm to show the misconceptions about the Native American that the Whites have. He didn't use analogy in “Remarks”. An analogy is a comparison which is made between two things to show some similarity among themselves.
