3x^2+ 27x + 60

Explanation:

Here, we have the roots -5 and -4 and the leading coefficient of 3

Mathematically, we simply have this done to the roots;

x = -5 implies x+ 5

x = -4 implies x + 4

The product of this two will be;

(x + 5)(x + 4)

= x^2 + 5x + 4x + 20

= x^2 + 9x + 20

we add the leading coefficient

that would be;

3(x^2 + 9x + 20)

= 3x^2 + 27x + 60
