Its all about How cold the Tempurture is - 50 or Lower makes Compacted ice MUCH denser than Normal type of ice thats very Thin like Thin Glass cups.. Liquid water has Ablsolute no Attracked Atoms..Diff Types of atoms so its Very Momentomable.. | Correct me if i did some mistakes for that Example
