Step 1:
Find the Greatest Common Factor (GCF) of 70,105
Method 1: By Listing FactorsList out all factors of each number, and find the first common one.
70: 1, 2, 5, 7, 10, 14,

105: 1, 3, 5, 7, 15, 21,

Therefore, the GCF is
35

Method 2: By Prime FactorsList all prime factors of each denominator, and find the intersection of these primes.
70 : 2, 5, 7
105 : 3, 5, 7
Therefore, the GCF is 5 x 7 = 35
Step 2: From above, the GCF is 35

Step 3: Divide the numerator (70) by the GCF
70 ÷ 35 = 2
Step 4:
Divide the denominator (105) by the GCF
105 ÷ 35 = 3
Step 5:
Rewrite the fraction in the simplified form
