The rate of sweating would increase in both instances (cold sweats and the sweating that happens when you're overheated), so I'll say A.

I think the correct answer from the choices listed above is option B. If a person's body temperature dropped too low or got too high, then the  body organs would stop functioning properly because the temperature is too much for the organs to function. Hope this answers the question.
