Okay, this looks scary, but it's actually pretty easy. To help, we will use an acronym called PEMDAS, which will tell you how to use the order of operations.

Parenthesis
Exponents
Multiplication
Division
Addition
Subtraction

Now, when it comes to multiplication and division, you do them in the order you see them. But, they always come before addition and subtraction, which follow the same rule.

Let's take a look at the problem now:
14+7×54÷6-7

There are no parentheses or exponents, so we don't have to worry about that. I see multiplication and division, though.

7×54 is first, the product is 378.

14+378÷6-7
There is a division problem now:
378÷6, the quotient is 63.

14+63-7

It looks much easier to solve now, doesn't it?

Add 14 and 63, the sum is 77.

77-7= 70

That's how you solve order of operations, message me if you need any more help with HW! :)

14 + 7 * 54 / 6 - 7

Use PEMDAS

There are no parenthesis nor exponents so move on to multiplying and dividing work left to right!

14 + 7 * 54 / 6 - 7
14 + 378 / 6 - 7
14 + 63 - 7
77 - 7
70 is your answer
