ladder=10 feet
bottom of ladder=4 feet
hight of tree=x
by using pythogorean theorem
h^2=altitude^2+altitude^2
10^2=4^2+x^2
100=16+x^2
84=x^2
taking sqrt on both sides
9.2=x
