11/2% or 5.5% since 11 divided by 2 is well, 5.5 percent.
Also, if you are wondering why it is 11/2, you multiply two with five then add one, which is eleven. And since 2 is the denominator, you add that 2 in the bottom.

Invert the denominator and multiply to get 11/2= 55/24= 2 7/24 let me know if this helps ok
