Question

I know when the subject is plural in Spanish you add an s. For example- rubias. Do you still add an s if an adjective ends in e? For example- valiente and fuerte. What about de pelo castaño?

Yeah, adjectives is also ending with an s. But not always, depending on the word... ValienteS and fuerteS works.

I know this because I'm Colombian!

i believe you would add an s on valiente and fuerte like intelligentes. And i think an s on castano is also doable.
