The scale is 1:10, every inch of model represents 10 inches of actual car, so the actual car is (10)(18.5 inches)=185 inches

I believe the ratio is for every 10 inches the car measure the model measures 1 inch. If the model is 18.5 inches I think the car would be 185 inches long.
