The Treaty of Tordesillas had a bad impression of people living outside the European isles. They considered them uncivilized and that these people need to be colonized to become like them. The Treaty of Tordesillas allows European explorers to own and colonized barbaric Isles and introduce them to their culture at the same time use their lands to extend their power.
