Is romeo and juliet in first person point of view

yes I think it is because it doesn't say for example I fell for romeo do you get what I'm saying

It's not. To be in first person point of view, the narrator would need to say "I" and "me" when referring to them self. Since Romeo and Juliet doesn't have a narrator that uses "I" or "me" it isn't in the first person point of view.
