A 4ft pole casts a shadow 6ft long. At the same time a wall casts a shadow 18ft. long. How tall is the wall?

Explanation:

Since a 4ft pole casts a 6ft long shadow that means for every 2ft of height the shadow is 3ft. Now the shadow is 18ft long so you do 18 / 3 = 6. To find the walls height you do 6 * 2 = 24.
