Let w hours be the time Wendy takes to wash a car.
Then Jason takes 2w hours to wash a car.
If Wendy and Jason wash a car together for one hour, we can write:
The solution of this equation is w = 3.
The correct answer is B. 3 hours.

Well, we know that when doing the job together, wendy does 2/3 of the work and john does 1/3 of the whole 2 hours
So if she does it alone, she need 3/2 x 2 hours = 3 hours
The answer is option B
